Live music from The Tiger Five on September 10th!
(Plus it’s James’ 50th birthday party)
We’re having The Tiger Five out to celebrate the day after James’ 50th birthday! Featuring the always brilliant vocals of Natalie Hanna Mendoza, The Tiger Five plays a wide range of Jazz standards that are great for dancing, listening, or both. It’ll be a fun night, so come, dance with us!
About the birthday part-no gifts, just bring your presence! All of our live events are voluntary potlucks. If you are so inclined, bring a small food item that’s easily distributable for sharing!
Price: $20 (includes lessons, no discounts or passes accepted for admission)
Schedule (subject to change):
- 7:30 pm – All levels Lindy Hop/fundamentals
- 8:15 pm – social dancing starts with DJ
- 8:30 pm – The Tiger Five (set 1)
- 9:30 pm – intermission with DJ Augie Freeman
- 10:00 pm – The Tiger Five (set 2)
- 11:00 pm – closing DJ and cleanup
